types
Papers
Presentation of a short paper of approximately 10 minutes duration. Papers will be grouped into themes and presented in a session.

Guidelines for Full Paper Re-Submissions
Please adhere to the following guidelines when re-submitting full papers
Papers not to exceed 10 pages
All documents to be supplied
in A4 Microsoft Word format
Times New Roman font, single line spacing
Graphs, tables and other illustrations should be embedded
into the body of the paper
Include the names of all authors

Abstracts can be included before the Introduction in your
full paper

If there is more than one presenter please email all additional biographies to asecpresenters@meetingplanners.com.au . Biographies should be no more than 50 words each.
- All accepted oral presenters must complete the copyright transfer form and send it back to asecpresenters@meetingplanners.com.au or fax to 61 3 9417 0899.
Note: Full papers and confirmed abstracts will be made available
as part of the conference proceedings and all confirmed abstracts
will be published in the conference program handbook.

full paper
will go through the following process:

An email confirmation of receipt of
full paper
will be sent.

All
full paper
will be reviewed by a panel
from the organising committee.

Acceptance of a
full paper
will be based
on relative merit and the degree to which the
full paper
meets
the aims of the Conference.

All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Conference Program Handbook. Full papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The presenting author must register by 21 st March in order to be included in the program and proceedings.

The acceptance of a
full paper
does not imply
funding by the Conference Organisers.

You will receive notification of your full paper results via email by 11 March. If you have not received notification by 12 March 2008, please contact the Conference Organisers, The Meeting Planners at asecpresenters@meetingplanners.com.au.

If successful, you will be required to confirm your acceptance of the invitation, confirm the name of the presenter and register the presenter to attend the Conference by 21 st March 2008.

Further instructions on presentation requirements will be provided in the notification letter and in additional correspondence.
(Please note: All correspondence will be forwarded by email to one contact only. Unless otherwise notified, the Conference Office will assume that the name the submission was uploaded under is the name of the presenter.)

The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Conference. Similarly, no speakers' fee is paid to successful applicants of presentations or posters.
By submitting this abstract you confirm that it has not been published or presented before. You also grant the Organising Committee permission to publish the abstract and paper in the Conference Handbook in hard copy and electronic format.
If you do not wish to do this but still wish to submit please contact The Meeting Planners to discuss. The Organising Committee's decision on acceptance of the abstract will be final.
